Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 24 hrs of Confirmation E-mail relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.
• If the product has been dispatch and after you want to cancel your order while transition, order can’t cancel at any cost. You can always return it after receive the product.
• We will deduct shipping charges what made on booking of delivery whether order was on COD  or on PREPAID.  Shipping charges will be deduct as per the payment method customer done at the time of booking & as per the distance of customer’s address.

Refund Policy on Cancellation

• If you cancelled your prepaid order within 24 hrs and want refund, in this case the amount we received from you will be credited in your bank account within 3 working days.
• The remained amount after deduction of shipping charges will be credited in customer’s bank account within 3 working days (If customer reject/ or wanted to cancel the order ( Prepiad Order) while the product in transit).
• If you cancelled your COD order within 24 hrs and want refund, in this case the amount we received from you as (Advance Shipping Charges as 100/-) will be credited in your bank account within 3 working days.
