How can I place an order?

It’s very easy with TFC JEWELLERY STORE. Just select your desired product, choose the quantity, press “Add to Cart” button, put in your correct shipping details, and make payment. Your order will get processed within 24 Hrs and will be shipped asap.

How long is the order processing time?

It’s generally upto 24 Hrs after placing an order but may take longer on specific cases and orders.

How long is the shipment delivery time?

Generally an order is delivered between 2-10 days but it depends upon various factors i.e. destination location, shipment type, delivery services, weather conditions, political situations and other internal and external factors.

How do I make an exchange?

Within 3 days, from day of delivery of products. condition apply* only if size varies

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Online Banking, Specific Wallets, COD, Direct Transfers to our bank accounts through requests etc. Please note COD charges may apply in specific cases.

How to track my order?

After successfully placing the order, you will get your tracking ID either through Email ID/SMS/WhatsApp on your email ID and mobile number provided at the time of processing the order.

Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

No, however you may contact us for the same, we will try to make it available for your, if possible.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

No, it’s not allowed. However we suggest you not to accept if the package is clearly/visibly damaged and contact us immediately. If the package looks fine, you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns

My order is delayed. What should I do?

It’s hardly happens but track the shipment through the tracking ID for the latest updates and notifications and contact the delivery partner (Courier Partner) customer care number with the Tracking ID for further clarification and request. You may also contact us if you are not getting proper response from the delivery partner.

Does TFC JEWELLERY STORE deliver internationally?

Yes, through India Post (Govt. of India Postal Services). Please confirm the prices, delivery & packing charges in US dollars

Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order for the first time?

Generally, the delivery partners try to contact next day but it is at the sole discretion and policies of our delivery partners. If the product is returned to us, we will charge you the re-delivery charges which may exceed the previous delivery charges if any in case we re-deliver. It is sole discretion to TFC JEWELLERY STORE that the re-delivery request is not entertained. You are requested to keep tracking through the tracking ID to ensure 100% delivery at the very first attempt

I found the package is opened, damaged or broken. What should I do?

You are advised to take special care while accepting the shipments. Please do not accept the package if it’s opened, damaged, mishandled, or altered.

What should I do if my order is approved but not yet dispatched for a long time?

Please contact us immediately in writing to our email ID support@tfcjewellerystore.com

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We send you ‘dispatch/shipping’ details through your email ID/SMS/WhatsApp on requests.

How can I receive the invoice for my order?

A hard copy of the invoice is always sent along with your shipment. If you have not received a hard copy you can request for a soft copy by writing to our email ID support@tfcjewellerystore.com  with a subject line “Request for Invoice Soft Copy”

Why am I not able to track my order?

Please check after 24 Hrs as the tracking ID for your order will take upto 24 Hrs to be processed, and activated once it’s shipped

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to honor requests for specific delivery dates. However, you are advised to contact our delivery partner (courier services) customer care to make such requests but it is at the sole discretion and policies of our delivery partners whether to accept or deny such kinds of requests.
