Refund Policy on Return

1. We will issue a refund for the price you paid to us regarding any product(s) returned adequately by you following this policy.
2. We will not issue a refund for the original delivery charges or import/duty tax relating to the returned product(s).
3. We will not issue a refund for any costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us unless they are faulty or sent in error.
4. We will issue a refund via your original method of payment.
5. We will apply a 20% restocking fee except for defective products.
6. We aim to refund within 3 working days following the day we receive your returned product(s).
7. If you return a product in contravention of this, we will not issue a refund for the purchase price or exchange the product(s).

Refund Policy on Cancellation

• If you cancelled your prepaid order within 24 hrs and want refund, in this case the amount we received from you will be credited in your bank account within 3 working days.
• If you cancelled your COD order within 24 hrs and want refund, in this case the amount we received from you will be credited in your bank account within 3 working days.
• The remained amount after deduction of shipping charges will be credited in customer’s bank account within 3 working days (If customer reject/ or wanted to cancel the order while the product in transit)

To credit an amount for refund the payment source we prefer like (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking, UPI ).
