1. Shipping & Delivery charges

TFCJEWELLERYSTORE provides totally free deliveries on all prepaid orders above ₹ 1000 across India, orders excluding upcountry locations, remote locations, North Eastern States, Andaman & .Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Ladakh etc. For orders on COD ( CASH ON DELIVERY) i.e. orders between ₹ 0 to ₹ 1000 will attract an additional prepaid shipping & delivery charge of ₹ 100/150 for  deliveries across India excluding upcountry locations, remote locations, North Eastern States, Andaman & .Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Ladakh etc

Deliveries to upcountry locations, remote locations, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Ladakh etc. will attract an additional remote location surcharge of ₹ 99 in general in addition to the standard shipping & delivery charges as mentioned earlier but can vary as per the case and will be intimated over telephone or through email before the dispatch in case the surcharge exceeds ₹ 99. An upcountry & remote location is defined by the distance of the address from the nearest delivery depot. It is generally a location which is difficult to service, a suburb or town which is distant, inaccessible or infrequently serviced or a location like an island or highlands. TFCJEWELLERYSTORE reserve the rights to refuse deliveries to any particular location or to process any particular order if considers necessary as per the case and situation. However the whole money will be refunded on prepaid orders in such cases or in the cases of undelivered orders.

2. What are the ‘Cash-on-Deliveries’ (COD) charges?

There are additional charges for CODs means ‘Cash-On-Deliveries’ orders. COD charges Rs. 150 will be additional for all order upto Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 100/- for all orders above Rs. 2000/-.However Cash-On-Delivery option is available only on selected pin codes. You will be intimated if your pin-code is not eligible for COD facility. ( if applicable )**

3. What is the order processing or dispatch time?

All the Items are dispatched within 24 Hours after placing the order generally but may take longer as per the case and situation. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

Shipments for locations across India come with an expected delivery transit time of 2 – 10 days depending on location to location. Deliveries to upcountry locations, remote locations, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Ladakh etc. may take additional time duration to be delivered as per case to case. Since shipping and deliveries are handled by our third party delivery partners and vendors so will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries. However the whole money will be refunded on prepaid orders in the cases of undelivered shipments only if the flaw is founded at the Delivery Partners’ side.

5. What is the mode of deliveries & how deliveries are done?

We make deliveries via our reputed delivery & courier partners like Shipyaari, FedEx India Post, Delhivery, E.Com Express, DHL, Blue Dart, Ekartxpress, DTDC, Safe Express etc. TFCJEWELLERYSTORE reserves the right to send any order through any delivery partner. It is the sole discretion of TFCJEWELLERYSTORE to choose its delivery partner for any particular order.

6. What about shipment tracking?

We may notify our customers about shipment tracking number through a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp etc. within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s) if customer demands. This shipping confirmation email will have the delivery partners’ or courier services’ tracking number through which tracking can be done.

7. INTERNATIONAL /GLOBAL DELIVERIES

Generally all deliveries out of India are done through India Post (Govt. of India Postal Department) which comes under ‘Ministry of Communication’, government of India in order to ensure best and safe deliveries. However only locations cater by India Post are being serviced right now. Shipment/Delivery Charges, Tracking Number, Estimated Delivery Time will be intimated separately through email/WhatsApp.
