You may request a return or cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Return or cancellation request must be made within 3 working days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with the invoice and product tag intact.

  • Products must be returned in resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.

🔹 How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer. Bank details will be collected during the return process.

🔹 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

  • In case of exchange or voluntary return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return after delivery.
